Delivery Partner Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ExpressFoodie platform by delivery partners. By registering, accessing or using the platform for delivery operations, you agree to comply with all operational policies, partner guidelines and applicable legal requirements.
Delivery partners must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid government identification documents, a functional smartphone and a legally permitted vehicle with all required registrations and insurance coverage.
Completion of KYC and identity verification procedures is mandatory before activation of delivery services. Submission of incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Once an order is accepted, delivery partners are responsible for timely pickup, safe handling and professional delivery of the order to the customer. Repeated delays, cancellations or operational negligence may affect account performance and assignment priority.
Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries, applicable delivery charges, incentives and platform policies. Payouts are processed according to operational schedules and may vary depending on banking systems or verification requirements.
Delivery partners are expected to maintain professional behavior, follow traffic regulations, avoid misconduct or abusive communication and uphold customer safety and platform standards during all delivery operations.
Delivery partners may manage their own availability and working schedules. However, repeated inactivity, excessive order rejections or prolonged unavailability during operational periods may impact incentives, priority access and delivery opportunities.
Delivery partners must maintain customer privacy and confidentiality at all times. Unauthorized sharing, misuse or misuse of personal or operational information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account action.
ExpressFoodie reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate delivery partner accounts in cases involving policy violations, fraud, misconduct, unsafe behavior or operational misuse of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes, legal requirements or platform improvements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
